1. Single-user tool

ClipFlow Publisher ("the Tool") is a personal desktop application used only by its owner. It has no other users, so it does not collect, store, or process personal data of any third party.

2. What data the Tool touches

• The owner's own account data: OAuth access tokens for the owner's TikTok, Instagram, Facebook (Pages the owner administers), YouTube, and X accounts, obtained through the platforms' official login flows.
• The owner's own content data: the videos the owner publishes (including Facebook Reels published to the owner's own Pages) and the view/engagement statistics of those posts, retrieved through official platform APIs.

3. Where data is stored

All tokens and statistics are stored locally on the owner's personal computer. Nothing is transmitted to any server other than the official platform APIs (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X) themselves.

4. What the Tool does NOT do

• No collection of data about other users.
• No sharing, selling, or transfer of data to third parties.
• No analytics, tracking, cookies, or advertising identifiers.

5. Data deletion

Revoking the Tool's access in the platform's security settings immediately invalidates its tokens. Locally stored tokens can be deleted by the owner at any time by deleting the configuration file.
