1. What ClipFlow Publisher is

ClipFlow Publisher ("the Tool") is a personal, single-user desktop application. It is operated solely by its owner to publish the owner's own video content to the owner's own social media accounts and to retrieve view statistics of those posts through official platform APIs (including the TikTok API and Instagram API).

2. Who may use it

The Tool is not offered to the public. The only user is the owner. No accounts, licenses, or access are granted to any third party.

3. Content

All content published through the Tool is created or licensed by the owner and complies with the terms of service and community guidelines of the destination platform (TikTok, Instagram). Advertising content is clearly disclosed with the appropriate hashtags where required.

4. Acceptable use

The Tool is used only for: (a) uploading and publishing the owner's videos to the owner's accounts; (b) reading engagement statistics of the owner's own posts. It does not scrape data, automate engagement (likes/comments/follows), or interact with any other user's content or account.

5. Liability

The Tool is provided "as is" for the owner's personal use, without warranty of any kind. The owner is responsible for the content published through it.
